Holiday update

The highlight of the holidays was a lovely little Christmas dinner. We had Geoff's desert island meal: lasagna, cheesecake and wine. The cheesecake (left) was Geoff's signature triple layered carrot cake cheesecake. Add to that the cardiac anatomy jigsaw puzzle he gave me and it was perfect.

Also, a big thanks to the parentals for the slow-cooker; I may now be able to avoid scurvy in residency. And to my brother for the madeline pan and appropriately geeky cookbook.
